The odds are long that they have not because, if you read the check requirements under the new Check 21 legislation, in most cases you will find that your current bank check does not comply. In fact, if you purchase one of your banks’ cashier checks, it is very likely its cashiers check does not comply either. So what is the purpose of the law if very few banks themselves are complying and what does the Check 21 Act mean?
